Guests are invited to enjoy the true taste of Cyprus, surrounded by the serene charm of Ktima Gerolemo Winery in Omodos. 

The Winter Edition takes place on the second floor of the winery, at our luxury Girolamo Bistro — a chill, romantic space with cozy, jazzy vibes and warm lighting, perfect for a relaxed winter Sunday.

Part 1: Cypriot Brunch with Local Products

Our brunch is crafted with fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers of our village.

Assorted Breakfast Cheeses

  • Grilled halloumi with parsley & spring onions
  •  Aged kefalotyri
  • Cheddar & Edam

Free-Range Eggs from Omodos

  • Served with black truffle dressing

Traditional “Arkateno” Bread

A signature baked bread of our village, prepared the same morning and served with:

  • Strawberry & apricot jams
  • Olive paste with herbs
  • Butter

Fresh Seasonal Vegetables

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber with oregano
  • Cracked green & Kalamata olives

Warm Meat Selection

  • Smoked grilled lountza (traditional cured pork)
  • Wine sausage from Kyperounta farm
  • Traditional Cypriot meatballs served with cool yogurt & sour cream dip

Cold Cuts

  • Ham
  • Smoked salami

Part 2: Winery Tour & Wine Tasting Masterclass

At 12:30, begins our Wine Experience Masterclass, personally led every Sunday by the owner of Ktima Gerolemo.
This unique degustation presents seven indigenous grape varieties of Cyprus, each with its own story, aroma, and heritage.

The tasting includes our award-winning Aged Commandaria Vintage 2018, and our signature Golden Zivania — one of the few in Cyprus aged in Commandaria oak barrels, creating an exceptional and aromatic spirit.

The experience also includes a guided tour through our private cellars, where tradition meets the art of winemaking.
